PUBLIC NOTICE
New Level Sports Ministries (NLSM) is requesting proposals from professional construction management firms to conduct renovation work at two properties that it owns and are being used for childcare support activities.
Written proposals are invited from experienced construction management firms in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. The scope of services includes providing pre-construction, construction, and post construction services as defined in the RFP.
Funding for this project may include the use of federal funding coming from the City of Battle Creek and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program.
The RFP can be picked up at the offices of New Level Sports Ministries (NLSM), located at 400 Michigan Avenue West, Battle Creek, Michigan 49037, beginning on April 21, 2026. The RFP will be made available for download on the NLSM website (www.newlevelsports.org) no later than April 21, 2026. Proposals will be received by NLSM until 4:30PM EST on May 4, 2026, and will be evaluated by NLSM to select the most responsive proposal.
